WPC compounding Pelletizing Machine uses recycled PP\/PE plastic and wood powder as raw material to make WPC granules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WPC pellet can be used or making WPC profiles, such as WPC decking, WPC wall cladding, WPC Post, WPC fence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the mixed material shall be put into a auto feeding tank, and then feeded to the extruder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Extruder type: Parallel double screw extruder,we equip high capacity extruder with specially designed screw and barrel for WPC
granulation machine, it can work for 20-30% recycled PP\/PE and 60-70% wood powder composition<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moisture exhuasting system<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This WPC granlation machine designed with good moisture exhuasting system to taking out the moisture in the material,there is 4
holes on the barrel for moisture out,
and there is a suction system on top for taking away the moisture<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smoking collection device<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When the material come out from the die head, the moisture and smoking may come out from the die head, we equip good suction
system for taking away the moisture and smoking at die head,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
